For any reason the Customer can return your order, in whole or in part, to request a refund.

Return conditions
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, by size / color change or refund. The products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in the same condition in which they are sent, without any sign of wear. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories provided (dustbag, clothing cover, etc.), including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at your expense. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product. The return shipping is charged to the customer.

Return procedure
If the Customer wishes to return one or more items, it is necessary to send an e-mail to within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, indicating in the e-mail the order number, the code ‘item or items to be returned, the reason for the return and the method of compensation chosen: change size or color, or refund. Our Customer Service will then send an e-mail with instructions for making the return. The Customer is asked to follow the instructions provided faithfully. The return to the warehouse must be made within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the order. Rocco Ragni srl, moreover, reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not meet the conditions imposed, to send it back with expenses and charges borne by the Customer.
The returned product must show up:
– correctly packed in its original packaging, in perfect state of resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all the possible accessories and documentation (including receipt / receipt, tags and labels);
– provided with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow Rocco Ragni srl to identify the Consumer (order number, name, surname and address);
– without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with the carrying out of a normal test of the article. In other words, they must not bear any prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time required for a test and must not be in a state that does not allow them to be resold.
If the returned Product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective and the shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the Consumer.

The shipping costs for returning items are charged to the customer. Any customs charges are always charged to the customer.
After Rocco Ragni srl has carried out a check on the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned, it will refund them to the Consumer.
In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the item / items returned, Rocco Ragni srl will endeavor to make the refund immediately or in any case within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the return. The credit will also be made using the same payment method used by the customer, and on the same account. The date of effective visibility of the credit received may vary due to factors beyond the responsibility of Rocco Ragni srl. Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase. We also remind that the refund will only cover the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs charges, which will be charged to the customer.

There are no changes. Refunds only.

Defective goods
Products received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective. Rocco Ragni srl reserves the right to refuse faulty unauthorized returns. In case of acceptance of the faulty return will reimburse the purchase price of the garment, shipping costs and customs duties. In case the initial shipment has been made in DDU mode, with customs charges and taxes paid at destination, these amounts will be reimbursed only if it is sent, including in the return package, due documentation.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, as governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by “consumer” customers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or business activity).
